Free Sample Policy
Limit one free product sample per person. If purchaser attempts to place multiple orders for the same free sample, only the first order will be fulfilled. When an order for a free sample is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
If the free sample is returned back to us due to an “unable to deliver” status by the US Post Office, we will not re-send the sample free of charge.
