It’s been hot here in Northern California and in honor of 4th of July coming we’ve put together a simple and relaxing smoothie bowl recipe. The perfect snack to keep us cool and mellow with all the holiday excitement going on.

Quick Recipe:
Make the smoothie with yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt), strawberries, your choice of sweetener and milk to preferred thickness.
