How can I pay?
Upon checkout you’ll be directed to PayPal’s secure payment site. You can pay with a credit card without signing into PayPal, or you can sign in and use your PayPal account. Your credit card statement will show payment to ONEWORD, Inc., our parent company.

When will my product ship?
All orders placed Monday through Friday by 5pm pacific standard time will be processed to ship the next business day. We currently offer free shipping on any order. The method will be determined by package size and weight, usually either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Ground.

Do you offer free product samples?

Where are your products made?
Zen Balance supplements are manufactured and packaged in California at a laboratory that meets or exceeds all Good Manufacturing Practices and ensures that extensive testing and material analysis is performed before any product is released from their facility. You can rest assured that products purchased from us meet strict standards for public health protection.

Are your products safe?
Absolutely – as mentioned above, our manufacturer follows strict safety standards when producing our products. In regard to how a particular ingredient, or formulation, will react with your body: Everyone has different body chemistry and we cannot be 100% sure how you will react. It is always best to consult your physician before taking any supplements.

How long will it take to feel results from your products?
Each person will feel the effects of our products differently. For some they feel instant results, and others it might take a couple of days or weeks for the body to acclimate to the formulation.

Can I take your products if I am taking other medications?
